Fasting is required for specific tests like fasting blood sugar and lipid profile. Generally, an 8โ€“12 hour overnight fast is recommended. You can drink water during the fasting period. Our team will inform you of any fasting requirements when you book your test.

Yes, we provide home sample collection service across Mehsana and nearby areas. You can book a home visit by calling us at +91 98242 09735 or through our WhatsApp booking system. A trained phlebotomist will visit your home at your preferred time.

Reports are delivered via Email and WhatsApp for your convenience. Most routine test reports are available within 24 hours. Specialized tests like cultures may take 48โ€“72 hours. You can also collect hard copies from any of our branches.

We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. We also accept payments through select health insurance partners. Please inquire at the branch for insurance-related billing.

Our Main Branch at Radhanpur Road, Mehsana operates 24/7 for emergencies and routine tests. All other branches operate from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Sample collection timings may vary โ€” morning collections are recommended for fasting tests.
